1. SCOPE OF ELITE SERVICES & NON-MEDICAL/NON-FINANCIAL FACILITATOR STATUS
Royal Korea Medical ("we," "our," or "us") provides premium destination management, sovereign privacy logistics, and private non-medical health concierge services in the Republic of Korea for international ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, heads of state, and global family offices. Our architectural framework encompasses the orchestration of luxury secure mobility fleets, elite bilingual translation officers, private security integration, and the administrative curation of biomedical and longevity program timelines.
The client explicitly acknowledges that Royal Korea Medical operates strictly as an administrative, logistical, and lifestyle hospitality facilitator, and does not operate as a licensed financial institution, payment gateway (PG) provider, or electronic money transmitter under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act of South Korea.
2. ABSOLUTE CLINICAL LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEPENDENT DIRECT-BILLING PRINCIPLE
Royal Korea Medical is not a licensed healthcare provider, medical practitioner, or clinical entity. We do not provide direct medical diagnoses, clinical treatments, or professional healthcare services under any circumstances. All biomedical procedures, laboratory stem cell cultivations, and precision diagnostics are performed entirely under the independent jurisdiction and professional liability of fully licensed, board-certified healthcare institutions in South Korea.
To ensure absolute commercial transparency and strict compliance with South Korean medical tourism frameworks, all clinical, procedural, and treatment fees are billed directly by the operating medical institutions to the client. Royal Korea Medical does not collect, aggregate, process, or redistribute funds intended for healthcare procedures.
3. SMART CONCIERGE DEVICE & PLATFORM POST-SETTLEMENT INFRASTRUCTURE
To ensure a frictionless and ultimate luxury experience free from South Korea’s local telecommunication and digital authentication barriers, Royal Korea Medical provides a specialized "Smart Concierge Device." This flagship handset is pre-integrated with our business mobility, dining, and lifestyle infrastructure.
Platform Advance Protocol: To bypass the need for client-side local app registration, Royal Korea Medical will utilize its established business procurement accounts to strictly advance the costs for all private mobility hailings, premium food deliveries, and lifestyle reservations executed via the Smart Concierge Device during the client’s stay. This is classified as a B2B travel package operational expense.
Zero-Storage Financial Mandate: The Smart Concierge Device does not require, ask for, or store any of the client's personal financial credentials, credit card numbers, or CVV matrices.
B2B Post-Settlement & Administrative Surcharge: The advancement of these local lifestyle expenses creates a contractual debt liability. Upon checkout or the conclusion of the itinerary, Royal Korea Medical will issue a consolidated English invoice detailing all out-of-pocket expenses incurred via the device, plus a 15% concierge administrative surcharge.
Reimbursement Mandate: The client or their representing Family Office assumes absolute responsibility to fully reimburse this final invoice via our secured USD payment link or international wire transfer immediately upon receipt.
Liability & Authorized Usage: The client assumes exclusive responsibility for the physical security of the Smart Concierge Device and all service requests initiated through it. Any unauthorized, excessive, or illegal transactions beyond the scope of general hospitality are strictly prohibited and will be billed in full.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE UPFRONT RETAINER & LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FOR CANCELLATION
Due to the highly customized, high-cost nature of premium security infrastructures, private fleet synchronization, and exclusive clinical timeline reservations, we require an Upfront Retainer Fee of $3,000 (Base Rate) to officially mobilize our operational framework.
Immediate Asset Allocation: Upon confirmation of payment, dedicated logistical assets, executive language coordinators, and hospital scheduling blocks are legally secured and locked exclusively for the client.
Non-Refundability: In the event of client cancellation, short-notice schedule alterations, or a no-show, this Upfront Retainer Fee is entirely non-refundable and will be retained by us in full as liquidated damages to cover irreversible operational holding costs and asset mobilization liabilities.
5. FLEET CAPACITY CONSTRAINTS, LEGAL CAR SEAT COMPLIANCE & LUXURY LOGISTICS SURCHARGES
5.1. Standard Fleet Configuration: The base Upfront Retainer Fee ($3,000) accounts for a full-loop logistical framework utilizing one (1) primary premium chauffeured fleet vehicle. To guarantee executive-tier comfort and uncompromised privacy, our on-site coordinator/guide occupies the front passenger seat. Consequently, the standard cabin configuration is strictly optimized to safely accommodate a maximum passenger volume of either:
(a) A maximum of three (3) adults and one (1) infant/child; or
(b) A maximum of four (4) adults.
The remaining rear space of the primary vehicle is allocated exclusively as a secure, isolated compartment for the transport of client luggage.
5.2. Statutory Child Restraint System Mandate: In strict adherence to the South Korean Road Traffic Act, municipal passenger transport safety regulations, and corporate insurance enforcement policies, each premium fleet vehicle is legally restricted to a maximum threshold of one (1) child safety seat (infant car seat or booster).
5.3. Additional Vehicle Deployment Triggers: To ensure absolute safety and compliance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, the systematic deployment of an additional premium fleet vehicle—complete with an assigned professional chauffeur—shall be automatically and non-negotiably triggered under any of the following parameters:
(a) The accompanying party size exceeds four (4) adults, or three (3) adults and one (1) infant/child (including, but not limited to, nannies, executive assistants, or private security personnel).
(b) The client’s traveling party includes two (2) or more infants/children requiring mandatory child safety car seats.
(c) The cumulative volume of long-stay luggage, therapeutic equipment, or personal shopping merchandise exceeds the safe physical capacity of the primary vehicle's rear compartment, thereby impeding structural safety boundaries or the chauffeur's sightlines.
5.4. Luxury Logistics Surcharge Assessment: Upon the occurrence of any operational trigger defined under Section 5.3, a mandatory "Luxury Logistics Surcharge" of USD 1,500 per additional vehicle full-loop deployment shall be assessed and added to the client’s corporate billing. This surcharge covers extended fleet operational overhead, localized dispatch, dedicated driver allocation, and multi-vehicle routing synchronization across the entirety of the client's scheduled residency. This surcharge is independent of the base retainer, non-refundable upon fleet mobilization, and must be settled via our authorized payment channels or consolidated into the final invoice at the sole discretion of Royal Korea Medical.
6. CONDUCT CODE, SERVICE TERMINATION & LIQUIDATION
To maintain the safety, integrity, and elite standards of our operations, all clients and accompanying parties are expected to maintain an acceptable code of conduct.
Royal Korea Medical reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate all ongoing concierge services, secure transportations, and logistical escorts if a client exhibits abusive, defamatory, or threatening behavior/language toward our field coordinators, interpreters, or partner drivers.
Any demands made by the client that violate the substantive laws of the Republic of Korea (including, but not limited to, illicit narcotics or unauthorized activities) will result in immediate service revocation.
In the event of service termination under this section, the $3,000 Upfront Retainer Fee and all pre-advanced operational costs shall be entirely non-refundable and liquidated in our favor, without prejudice to our right to seek further legal damages.
7. SOVEREIGN PRIVACY & MANDATORY DATA DESTRUCTION
In alignment with the elite privacy frameworks governing global family offices and personal data protection principles, Royal Korea Medical guarantees absolute confidentiality.
All communication logs, operational itineraries, and localized digital footprints generated via the Smart Concierge Device will be strictly and permanently destroyed using military-grade data erasure standards within fourteen (14) days following the client’s official departure from the Republic of Korea.
Exceptions apply exclusively to standard accounting invoices, business tax records, or legally binding administrative datasets that are explicitly mandated to be retained under South Korean fiscal and immigration laws.
8. GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service, along with any individual service covenants executed hereunder, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Korea. Any legal disputes, controversies, or claims arising directly or indirectly from the execution of our concierge services shall be subject to the exclusive, non-appealable jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court (서울중앙지방법원) in Seoul, South Korea.
